Experience: Nicole is a seasoned international human resources professional who began her career with the Canadian Federal government and has lived and worked in Canada, Belgium, China, and France. Throughout her career, Nicole has embraced diverse opportunities, including her most recent role as Chief Human Resources Officer for Alcatel-Lucent, a telecommunications and internet service provider based in Paris, France. The company boasts a global workforce of 75,000 employees working across more than 100 countries.

Today, Nicole is a certified business coaching advantage practitioner and a registered corporate coach. She is currently consulting part-time with Leading NOW, focusing on diversity initiatives and leadership development for women.

Behind the Scenes: Nicole currently serves as Chair of Board of Directors for La Fondation Marichette, an organization that supports New Brunswick women facing financial barriers in accessing postsecondary education. Nicole is also a past Chair of the Atlantic Cancer Research Institute. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys golfing, cycling, and travelling.
